Living room

Our Mishawaka home offers quiet bed-and-breakfast accommodations for a group of four or five guests when you come to cheer for your favorite team or celebrate a college commencement.

Gather in the living room near the fireplace, find a cozy spot in the den or relax in our comfortable bedrooms.

Master bedroom   Guest bedroom

Our two upstairs bedrooms provide two queen-size beds, lots of windows, central air conditioning, central heat, easy chairs, and televisions and they share a private bathroom. A second full bath is located on the first floor. Accommodations for a fifth guest in a separate room can be easily arranged.

For your comfort and health, we freshly launder our towels and bedding with soaps and softeners free of fragrances and dyes. And our mattresses are enclosed in moisture-proof, hypoallergenic covers. All our home's floors are hardwood -- no carpeting, just a few area rugs -- we have no pets, we don't smoke and we use a high-efficiency air filter as part of our modern HVAC heating and cooling system, so dust and allergens are at a minimum.
